About

I write poetry, flash fiction, and literary fiction shaped by a deep connection to place. I’m drawn to the overlooked corners of history and to stories that reveal how landscapes, memory, and human relationships shape one another.
California has profoundly shaped my work. From chaparral-covered hillsides to coastal bluffs, the places we inhabit are never just settings; they’re active participants in our lives, carrying memory, history, and consequence.
I’m an alumna of the PEN America Emerging Voices Workshop, and my work has been recognized in several flash fiction competitions.
When I’m not writing, I can usually be found sipping a lavender coffee, enjoying a slice of sourdough, or exploring Southern California with my family.
